While our friends battened down the hatches for
Polar Vortex
Part Deux,
and inches and inches of more snow fell, right along with the temperatures,
we spent the MLK holiday
at our favorite beach, enjoying our favorite past time.
Surfing, with friends, at a sleepy little
W. Marin beach.
Great waves, warm water and tons of sunshine--and no one on the beach, if you notice!
We had even more reason to share some thoughts of our gratitude to Martin Luther King, Jr., on a day as glorious as this one was.
Thanks for all that you have given us, Martin, and for a day such as this,
to remember your work.
